At Child Care Association, we are dedicated to leading and championing efforts that strengthen the accessibility and affordability of quality early care and education. We do this by providing comprehensive support to families, communities, and the dedicated workforce that shapes the lives of young children.

Advocacy: At Child Care Services Association, we are dedicated to advocating for the needs and rights of minority children and minority-owned childcare centers. We work tirelessly to ensure their voices are heard and their unique challenges are addressed.

Training: We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to childcare center staff, focusing on enhancing their understanding of the cultural needs of the children they serve. Our goal is to empower them with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver professional and culturally responsive care.

Civic Engagement: Child Care Services Association recognizes the importance of fostering strong connections between the minority community and other Minnesotans. We strive to build bridges of trust and mutual understanding, promoting collaboration and cooperation for the benefit of all.
